Nari Kala Mandir Training Centre:

Project Unnati:
- Launched in 2015, this joint initiative between Nari Sewa Samiti and Bajaj Auto Ltd aims to empower women through employment-linked skill development.
- Its second phase (April 2019–March 2023) trained 1,300 students in various trades despite COVID-19 challenges.
- These trades include in-demand areas like computer training, beauty culture, fashion designing, and hand embroidery.
- Over 500 graduates secured placements, while 300 became self-employed through their own businesses.
- The computer training course recently gained affiliation with Skill India, a government-run program, further enhancing its credibility.
